The amazing details are quite subtle in this Miniland scale model, and parts of it don't quite seem as if they are made out of LEGO. At first glance aukbricks' brick house seems pretty realistic! The contemporary building uses a mix of brick and panel walls to achieve a wonderful rendering of a two story house.
It's not often that I get a chance to blog a Miniland scale model! Ralph Savelsberg built a Classic Car Garage, inspired from the light blue Pontiac Bonneville. The model includes several classic cars, Miniland figs, and a removable roof.
Maison Carre is a Roman temple built between 4-6 AD in Nimes, France. Thunderflare. rendered a Miniland version, roughly at 1:26 scale. The temple has a lot of detail, especially the capitals of the corinthian columns.
